The outdoor site for More Moor was a bend in the Haaren River that winds through a park in the heart of Oldenburg.  We installed a large scale video projection screen; built a long raft emulating a bohlenweg, for staging performance; and designed a green light laser installation, which hovered millimeters above the surface of the river.  In a version of Fishing Moor costume, I collaborated in the live performance on the float, while the video projector displayed a 45-minute program I edited from my video documentation recorded of all the artists' performances and site specific works during the month long event on the Wittemoor.  In twilight the raft of performers oared up river to the video projection site.  As the float intersected the laser beam, it interrupted the light, in effect devouring the laser pattern that crisscrossed the Haaren as the raft arrived.  Stopping in front of the screen, performers exited to extend the performance on shore amidst live music that interacted with the video.

More Moor, as a live performance event in the greater Oldenburg community, had an audience that was an estimated 1,500 people.  Subsequent viewings and broadcasts of the video and photographic documentation of the month-long event through Erde-Zeichen-Erde, an International Festival in conjunction with (IAA/AIAP) UNESCO in Paris had an estimated audience of 100,000.  Additionally, an exhibition of documentation of the More Moor/Symposium Moor 1992 events and the publication of the catalogue took place at the Stadtmuseum (Museum of Art) in Oldenburg, Germany, summer 1993.
